This hazy IPA is an experiment. We used Omega Yeast Lab's British Ale V yeast, considered the gold standard for brewing NEIPAs for that soft hazy glow and then hopped with the quintessential Citra and Mosaic hops for a light bitterness and high tropical aroma. Hopsteiner's experiment hop 10416 lends slight mint and pine note while Sabro hop essence provides some coconut and tangerine flavors.
