Boulevardier Inspired Ale - A nod to the late night cocktails at Uptown theaters during the Prohibition era. We turned to our friends at CH Distillery to help create our version of a Boulevardier. An ale with caramel sweetness to take on the whiskey-based character of the cocktail in used CH Distillery bourbon barrels. A handful were tapped and transferred to triple sec or vermouth barrels as the ale continued to age. Blended together, they take on the spirit of one of the most popular speakeasy drinks.
