Пиво In Harmony - Burning Sky Brewery

This beer was brewed with a complex hop grist of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic – none of which have been used at Harvey’s before now. The mash comprised traditional pale ale malts together with naked oats. Soft malt profile with a gentle but rising bitterness. Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops give flavours of Seville marmalade and fruit pie with a subtle grapefruit note. Fermented with Harvey’s classic yeast strain.
