Berliner Weisse Smoothie on Nitro with Ho L Dor Berries. The base beer is a Berliner Weisse which is naturally tart. We loaded on a 400g/L (i.e., 400 kg in total for a 1,000L batch) mix of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry which practically makes this beer a smoothie. That lactose gives the beer a bit more body and the vanilla gives you the sweet impression of a smoothie. The beer is carbonated with nitro (N2) to give it a very silky mouthfeel like a smoothie.
