We blended our Heaven Hill Rye Barrel aged imperial stout with a bourbon barrel aged smoky imperial stout from our buddies at Carbon Brews. The result is this hearty pastry stout inspired by Mexican hot chocolate. Aromas of dark chocolate, cinnamon and oakiness combine with a subtle smokiness from the chipotle. These aromas balance with dark fruits and a rich mouthfeel to leave you with a lingering spiciness to finish.
