This beer was inspired by brewers pushing boundaries. Using an amylase enzyme to break the remaining polysaccharides or complex sugar chains. This leaves the beer bone dry like a Brut Champagne. The malt is super lean and is dry hopped with Huell Melon and Denali. It has a low bitterness to balance the extreme dryness and lovely tropical rock melon and pineapple aromas.
