This saison is a modern interpretation of the style. Designed to be tight and dry, with a solid bitterness. The Belle Saison yeast plays with the Saaz and Citra hops. The Pilsner and Rye malts give it a golden yellow glow and subtle spice. Pink peppercorns, lemon zest and esters give it the complexity of flavour we love.
