Пиво Green Machine - Holy Goat Brewing

A mixed culture sour ale fermented with our Space Wizard blend of microbes and aged for around 3 months in stainless. After primary fermentation the beer was transferred onto 150g/l of fresh green gooseberries which had been carefully stomped and crushed by hand. The gooseberries were harvested at Pittormie Farm, 7 miles from the brewery. The resultant beer takes on a blend of vinous, tropical and citric characteristics from the fruit, which meld well with the funk and tropical fruit from the mixed culture. All ingredients were harvested within 33 miles of the brewery. KEG ONLY
