Golden Sour with Strawberries, Vanilla and Hibiscus We brewed this golden sour beer with all Scottish barley, wheat and oats, and primary fermented it with a blend of our favourite Brettanomyces strains. It was then refermented on 240g/l of freshly harvested strawberries from local farms. We amplified this intense natural fruit character with additions of hibiscus and Tanzanian vanilla. Drink young, or age. This will get weirder.
