Пиво Seabeast - Holy Goat Brewing

Brewed with Scottish malted barley, raw wheat and rolled oats, this base beer was fermented with a Brettanomyces strain isolated from a renowned Belgian Trappist brewery. A new strain for us, we are enjoying its stone fruit characteristics, light body and subtle yet growing funk. We lightly dry-hopped this beer with Mosaic and Galaxy hop terpenes (isolated aromatic hop compounds), adding some nuance to the aroma.
