Let's keep those garlic and onion notes low, too, there's a different place and time for that. We don't even mention butter. We've beaten diacetyl a long time ago, that's not coming back. This is top shelf tenderloin, with rib eye on top, Matsuzaka and Kobe combined—a prime Westcoast IPA bathed in resiny hops and crowned with rosemary twigs for that royal feel. The only thing we're missing is the gold foil.
