Cooking up this collaboration beer with Wicked Barrel was kinda like a trip. We started off our journey on top of the small, new kveik bandwagon. After that we went a bit back to Ancient times, for some fat bags of spelt malt. And then we settled Down Under, bringing in funky, tropical hops. Not the smartest move, going in blind like that, but that fits our profile. Besides, without courage, taking risks and a bit of madness, you can’t really discover New Lands.
