Made with our friends from Pinthouse Pizza in Austin, TX and brewed with an eye toward creating a "tropical fruit punch bomb" via delicious hop addition, this imperial IPA is an aromatic and fruity wonder. There were 14 hop additions of six different hops in this brew, including one using lupulin powder isolated from hop cones by YCH Hops in Washington. (We vote this powder is better than fairy dust, and we're looking forward to playing with it more in future brews.) With 9.5 pounds of hops per bbl, this beer has some hop-haze even post-cellaring.
