Пиво Complementary Dots: Freak Folk II - Freak Folk Bier, House of Fermentology

Brewed in the spring of 2020 and fermented with a blend of Freak Folk's and our own mixed cultures, the grist for this Golden Sour was comprised of Valley Malt's Pilsen malt and Nitty Gritty Grain raw redeemer wheat. Aged in fresh red wine barrels after primary fermentation in oak. In September 2020, aged barrels of this beer were blended on top of strawberries from Last Resort Farm as well as Rose Bud. This Golden Sour is funky on the nose, slightly dry on the palate with woodsy notes and a hint of strawberry. Bottled in early 2021.
