Brewed in collaboration with Transmitter Brewing. We built a malt bill on English Marris Otter, layers of roasted wheat, chocolate malt and three different crystal malts for a deep sweet Maillard character balanced with a hint of roast bitterness. Fermented with a Belgian strain, which produced fruit filled ester aromatic notes. Post fermentation, we added Balaton tart cherry juice, cacao nibs and graham crackers. This dessert beer has a sweet, tart flavor with a cracker crisp finish.
