Пиво New Mexican Diplomat - Interboro Spirits & Ales, Santa Fe Brewing Company

Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Santa Fe Brewing Company. They supplied a special blend of New Mexican red chilies and chocolate. We brewed a base beer very similar to our Ambassador grain bill with some stewed rye added for grain spiciness. Minimal hop additions allow the roast bitterness and heat from the chilies to dominate this beer. Brewed with English pale, roast and brown malts, fermented with house blend of English and American yeast. Aromas of chocolate and roast malt, with flavors of cocoa and a slight heat on the finish.
