Here we have our Krampusnacht! A kettle sour Berliner Weisse made with cranberries, green apples and a touch of cinnamon. First you discover the berry like aroma with a kiss of cinnamon, then in taste the acidity hits first, the cranberries tartness, then a little green apple. in the aftertaste you get a kind of candy profile with a little bit of cinnamon shining through. The inspiration for this beer was a cranberry and apple Christmas pie! 75% wheat, Nelson Sauvin hops, fresh cranberries, green apples and cinnamon sticks. TA = 0.8 acidity
