Like a third halftime in football, this is the side where all of the good stuff happens. Brewed in collaboration with our friends for Bereta Brewing Co. It is a DDH DIP HOP NEIPA. We used Sabro, Talus and Citra for the DIP, and Sabro, Talus, Citra and Hull Melon for the dry hop. DIP hop is a new technique in brewing that is used on the hot side and it is used to unlock the full potential of the hops.
