Пиво PIjana Carica - Oak aged - Kabinet Brewery

Our Carica sat under an American oak and there she found some bourbon bottles. As she drank from them she became more powerful. She also brings more joy now. We soaked oak in Bulleit bourbon and then we aged our Carica on it. Result is delicate wood notes, with hints of winters spices, oily body and bitter roasted finish.
