Пиво Kajitsu-Shu - Kapusta Brewing, Oshare ÖL

An unique collaboration with Japanese brewer, Oshare Öl. Inspired by Japanese Saké, limoncello and yuzu drinks, we set out to brew an imperial sour saison with yuzu. The beer came to life after an online conversation, between two brewers who had never met, but shared the same curiosity and passion for new flavors. Brewed with Barley, Wheat, Oats, Saké-kasu, Hops (Mosaic), Yeast (Saccaromyces, Brettanomyces), Yuzu (zest and juice). Kajitsu-Shu means ’Fruit drink’ or ’alcoholic beverage made with fruit’. We thought the name was perfect, since it describes both the flavor and the weirdness of the 'beer'.
