Пиво Rose Hip (2016) - Kapusta Brewing

A tart beer, first fermented with a belgian saison strain, then again with Brettanomyces while adding rose hips from wild roses. Hopped with Rakau and Kohatu. This beer is part of the 'Man & Beast' series, where the idea is to let the tartness solely come from wild hand-picked fruit and berries, instead of e.g. bacteria.
