Nothing says crispy like a low-Plato traditional Czech-style pilsner. They've been a favorite around the brewery for a while, and we finally decided to make one of our own that we can be proud of. For this pilsner, we used a regionally grown (and intentionally under-modified) malt, triple decocted the wort, used a strain of yeast native to Czech, and fermented the whole thing in our lagering tank to mimic open fermentation as best as possible. It's even naturally carbonated, too!
