Double + Sour + Milkshake + IPA? We started with 8% ABV kettle soured brew to get some tropical notes and a refreshing tartness! Then we added pineapple and passion fruit puree (400gr/l) but that was not enough! So we elevated the fruitiness by dry hopping with huge amounts of fruity hops! So yes, it's a Double Fruit Double Sour Milkshake IPA!!! A hybrid style connecting tradition with technology to get the maximum out of each! A fruit forward sour brew full of fruit puree and hops, combining the hop fruitiness with the actual fruit and a beautiful lasting tartness! Exploring the engineering aspects of brewing to create innovative hybrid styles! Combining a fruited Double Sour brew with a Milkshake IPA to create the ultimate Juicy IPA full of pineapple and passion fruit! But this is just the first of our truly experimental brews!
