Пиво Herbal Saison - KYKAO - Handcrafted

Vintage 2018 Herbal Saison, is a brew infused with the aroma of wild Greek herbs. We added linden flowers, mountain tea - sideritis, lavender and cinnamon flowers, most of which were hand gathered from the mountains around the brewery. An autumn brew, fermented with a mix of wine and beer yeast strains, giving the beer a phenolic profile that complements the aroma of the herbs.
