A traditionally brewed Belgian Quadrupel, bottle conditions with a Greek twist. We added 10% w/v of Corinthian raisins at the end of the fermentation to get a slight tartness and a beautiful vinous character! The big sister of last years Belgian Dubbel. The Quad is a 12% abv, full bodied complex brew that will age and evolve beautifully!
