This medium bodied stout has a smooth mouthfeel and a slightly dry finish, the bitterness offset by the mixture of coffee and chocolate from the simple grain bill of pale, black and roasted barley. Add to this the subtle flavours imparted by that old English hop, Bramling Cross, and you have a classic stout.
