Biére á L'Abricot is a blend of 1 & 2 year old coolship spontaneous beers, aged on Sicilian Apricots. The Apricots were de stoned & added to the tank to undergo carbonic maceration for 1 week before the beers were added to the fruit. This process has given the beer a beautiful Apricot perfume aroma. Bright, sweet & jammy. Juicy acidity.
