We got together with Berlin-based Fuerst Wiacek who are making some of the best IPAs in the world, and decided there aren't enough of them, so we made another IPA. This one clocks in at 7.2% and is loaded with oats and wheat to beef up the body needed for the amount of hops we're throwing at it. We went for two of the best hops out there -- Galaxy, and Idaho 7 which basically tastes like a white freeze pop and pairs perfectly with the mango tropicalness of the Australian hop. Appearance: Hazy and pale gold like unfiltered apple juice


Aroma: Overtones of peach and orange citrus


Flavour: Creamsicle and white freeze pop come to mind amidst the tropical fruit explosion. Medium-low bitterness and low malt profile


Body: Chewy, full and semi-sweet with medium carbonation and a soft, fruity finish
