Brewed in collaboration with our good friends and fellow Indy Man Thirsty Games alumni Yonder & Donzoko. The first release is super limited as we are putting most of the brew into barrels to age with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria. With a malt bill of speciality German red malt, we added foraged gooseberries and pineapple weed at flameout and fermented with a unique blend of red wine yeast and Saison yeast.
