Thunderhoof is our brand new IPA brewed with some classic hops. We used a huge whirlpool addition of Simcoe leaf double dry hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo on a majority base of extra pale malt with a good portion of oats. With a sweet orange hop character from the Amarillo leading to the stonefruit and pine from the Simcoe, this beer is a great late summer quencher and a blend of old and new.
