Пиво Rieeesling Orange 2019/2020 - Assemblage N.1 - Lobik

"Lambic" style beer w/ wine lees, 6%, blend of coolship (2 barriques) and our own indigenous isolated yeast (4 different barriques), aged for 2 years in barriques and then aged for extra 6 months on sur lie from our natural (no yeast, sulphur or any additives) orange or amber wine, made from Riesling and Welschriesling, called Svečina Blanc. Trying to be as subtle as possible to get the whole range of flavours.
