Hazy blonde lively sunny looking delicate saison, well carbonated and cloudy like a hefe. Faint white pepper spice, lemon zest and funky saison yeast character. Mixed with the Citra hops create clean citrus and pomme flavors. Really fruity and juicy and intensely fresh in that regard. This is groovy beer for a sunny spring day.
