We’ve decided to dig into our barrel store once again. Delving through and selecting our favourite barrels as we head overseas to visit our friends at Rock City & Friends.

Say a warm welcome back to Bearded Lady, our uncompromisingly big and beautiful Imperial Stout with a soft, oaky and subtle Bourbon twist. This time from 12 months of ageing in Woodford Reserve Distillery oak barrels.

A mix of magical malts deliver deep chocolate, rich coffee and vinous berry flavours, complemented by a balanced yet subtly spicy hop profile that’s further enhanced by those extra months spent in bourbon barrels. Powerful, robust, intriguing: yet decadently smooth and sumptuous, the lady demands respect.
