A contemporary take on the traditional sour wheat style from the German capital. Pilsner and Wheat malt are soured overnight in the kettle before being part fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. Tart, sour and refreshing with a spritzy carbonation and the added complexity of ‘Brett’ appearing as the beer ages…. as they say in these parts “it’ll make your teeth laugh” Malts = Extra Pale, Wheat. Hops = Centennial.
