For our 6th birthday, we made an 11% triple IPA. This is the biggest beer we’ve ever made, and at 110 IBU by far the hoppiest. Maris Otter barley gives it a beautiful golden orange color with a uniquely rich and nutty malt backbone—enough to stand up to the high ABV and 30kg of Simcoe and Citra hops.
