Londoner is a slightly sour ale inspired by the uniquely British cocktail the Pimm’s cup. The recipe of the base liqueur is a closely guarded secret, but we can talk to the infusion of gin soaked Earl Grey tea leaves, lemon peel, ginger and Rosehip. We added strawberries and a hint of cucumber for a refreshing finish.
