We are definitely ready for a hot weekend! So here is our new house pale ale Mlosć. This time, we hopped it with Mosaic and Centennial hops and got the most American flavor of the vast, endless prairies of the Midwest, Californian orange groves and humid pine forests of the Pacific Northwest. A classic as it should be!
