Our house American pale ale Mlosc is a little more summery this time, so that we push back the inevitable chill weather for a little while. That is why we used only the palest of malt, like that gentle summer sun, a combination of juicy Americans Vista and Cascade with aromas of August watermelons and citrus nostalgia, as well as a new strain of yeast from far away and hot California.
