Пиво Ručaj: Polski Saaz - Malanka

Our Ručaj lager series is a great canvas for experiments with different variations of seemingly identical hop varieties. We have already made lagers with Žatec hops grown in the Czech Republic and Belarus, and the beers with them turned out quite different. This time, in our classic "Dvanáctka", we used Saaz from Poland, and it brought to our Ručaj aromas of dried citrus and elderflowers, unusual for Czech lagers. Ever local malt, a reliable strain of lager yeast and a long aging make Ručaj a drink for every day, because every new sip brings pleasure and true summer peace, despite lightnings and heavy rains.
