In our journey for the sauces of the world, this time we went west - to the place where the very term "barbecue" was born. New Salsa is dedicated to the famous style of cooking, which became very popular and widespread on the American continent and from there it reached Europe during the first Spanish conquests. Our signature salty tomato base gets treated to loads of smoked paprika, dried cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, mustard, saturated with natural smoke and seasoned with an aromatic mash of super hot American Smoked Carolina Reaper, Ghost Pepper and Green Habanero peppers. This is a true witchcraft!
