We know you like it when we surprise you with a new Salsa. And this time, we hope, we will succeed. We sourced and added a very rare ingredient to our tomato gose - black garlic. This amazing product is produced in the process of very slow Maillard reaction, where heads of garlic are kept for several weeks in high humidity and temperature of 60-90 degrees Celcius. It brings unusual flavors of sweet, moist prunes and roasted garlic to our dense, slightly smoky tomato base with coriander, black pepper, chilli and cumin. We dreamed of using this ingredient in the Saĺsa series for so long, and that time has finally come. Gospeed!
