Salsa invites us on a trip once again! This time we're going to Argentina - the home of the bright green chimichurri sauce, which is used as a marinade, salad dressing or a regular dip. To our thick, slightly smoky tomato base we added fragrant parsley, coriander, black pepper, garlic, chilli, a small amount of crispy onion, pureed hot and super aromatic green habaneros with a pinch of oregano. We hope this drink, inspired by a sauce from the distant Argentinian plateaus, will decorate your glass and lift your spirits!
