After a long break, Salsa is back again! This time we are going on a journey through North Africa, the great cultural region of the Maghreb. And, to be precise, in our new iteration of Salsa we used a large amount of Harissa sauce, which is a popular dish in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and other countries in the region. We added a large amount of this same harissa sauce made from ground roasted chili peppers, garlic, cumin and coriander to our thick, slightly smoky tomato base. This journey is going to be exciting and tasty!
