Пиво Tajfun: Riwaka & Nelson - Malanka

With this new one in the Tajfun series, we went all-in, because we have never utilized so many fresh and unusual hops in one beer before. First up is, of course, the legendary, hottest New Zealand Riwaka hops as fresh as 2024, which we've used to both during the brewing and for dry-hopping. But we didn't stop there, and additionally hopped the Double New England IPA with unique, unusual, concentrated Nelson Sauvin Amplifire hops from the same 2024 crop year. The flavors of crisp sauvignon blanc, lemon tea, hop plantations in the height of summer are intertwined on this hazy, gentle canvas. Our new Tajfun IPA is an almost fairy-tale journey to a land of mountainous pastures, an endless ocean and the most amazing hops on the other side of the equator.
