Summer is over, but we are ready to meet the warm, sunny, early autumn together with juicy and bright Vietraź! We loaded our neoclassical Belgian-style witbier with lemons as many as 2 times - the first time at the end of the boil to create the recognizable citrus zest aroma. We then aged our Vietraź on lemon puree for a week to extract mysterious and most subtle flavors of the fresh fruit. And, of course, the twist in the style of Malanka - caraway, which we added instead of coriander, and thus made our witbier a little more familiar, cozy. Hopefully, this drink will chase away the summer sadness a little further.
