We are very tired of the endless winter, so this week we are calling for real spring with every brew. Another neoclassical Belgian-style witbier is a combination of old traditions with a Malanka twist. It is well known that in the days when witbiers were very popular varieties in Belgium, some breweries added dried chamomile flowers along with the traditional citrus zest and coriander. Unfortunately, this ingredient was almost lost over time, but not for us! Therefore, along with the tangerine zest, which we dried ourselves, we gently added dried chamomile to the brew, and then aged the witbier on real tangerine puree to emphasize the delicate citrus aroma. Our Vietraz ("Sail") is already waiting for you on the shores of the blue spring seas (even if the sea is only the Minsk one).
