BBA Wildflower is a passion project of ours, combining unique wildflower honeys that are then aged in different bourbon barrels. For Batch 2, we started with a blend of Brazilian wildflower honeys. After fermentation, the mead was moved to Four Roses 7-year small batch bourbon barrels where it soaked up all the deliciousness the barrels had to offer for 6 months. Batch 2 is kicked up a notch in the ABV category, coming in at 17%, resulting in a warming, rich and complex libation you are sure to love.
