Made with a blend of two amazing honeys - blackberry blossom and meadowfoam. This unique honey has huge flavors of vanilla and toasted marshmallow. This mead then spent a full 12 months in a fresh dumped CH distillery bourbon barrel. Big notes of vanilla, gingerbread, bourbon, dark fruit seed, and marshmallow, with a spicy cedar/clove-like end palate that balances the sweetness.
