Chocolate Hazelnut Elliot made it’s debut at this year’s Sugarbelt, and it did not last long at all. The response was so positive that we scaled up and made a bigger batch to release in bottles! Based on feedback, we dialed back the roasted nuts and increased the raw nuts to balance out the flavors a bit. Aged on a mix of raw hazelnuts, toasted hazelnuts, cacao nibs and vanilla beans, Chocolate Hazelnut Elliot is like spreading Nutella on a blueberry… but you can drink it!
