Мёд Perseverance - Manic Meadery, Upper Reach Mead

Our good friends at Upper Reach Meadery suffered devastating flood damage from Hurricane Ida in August. This mead is a collaboration with them, and all proceeds from sales will go straight to Upper Reach to help them rebuild. An homage to the Old Fashioned cocktail, Perseverance started life as a wildflower traditional mead aged in bourbon barrels for over a year. We then added cherries, orange peel, cinnamon, Fireweed honey and bitters in thoughtful amounts to really bring this cocktail alive. Serve over ice or straight up.
